The first 6 spots will be a lottery. These will be the teams that did not make the playoffs in 2007. We will draw for the first 6 picks at this time and 7 through 12 will be in order of finish for the 2006 season. After the first round, the above draft order will start round 2 with the first team picking. The third round will be starting at the 12th pick and working back up in a serpentine type fashion as in years past.

If a representative from a team is not there, they will be allowed the time limit of that round and then skipped an we will proceed to the next teams pick. In an effort to keep the draft flowing, the time limits will strictly be enforced. There will be 2 minute time limit for rounds 1 thru 12 and a 3 minute time limit for rounds 13 thru 14. If a player is not selected or the representative is not on the way to the draft board when the time expires they next person will be on the clock and the team that is skipped will drop to the next spot with a fresh clock for that round.
